Enviroplex, a wholly-owned subsidiary of McGrath RentCorp (NASDAQ: MGRC), was founded in 1991 and is a major supplier of DSA-approved modular buildings to school districts, municipalities, churches and private entities throughout California.

We are a team of dedicated and skilled employees, operating in a 125,000-square-foot modern manufacturing facility situated on 14 acres in Stockton, California.

By manufacturing and welding our own steel components from mill certified sheet metal, Enviroplex produces “moment resistant” rigid steel frames that perform in all California seismic zones.

Our in-house state of the art CAD system is staffed with the most skilled technicians in the modular industry. Enviroplex can design floor plans and create building features that provide function, value and architectural interest.

With pre-approved PC’s on file for a variety of configurations, school districts and contractors are assured of timely delivery and installation.

The Enviroplex standard design includes enhanced structural and interior features such as 9-foot ceiling heights, 5 x 5 corner columns, a fixed T-grid ceiling system and energy efficient mechanicals.

An unlimited amount of interior floor plans along with factory applied finishes, custom casework and plumbing allow for significant flexibility at low cost.

High performance options to enhance day lighting, increase energy efficiency, and improve indoor air quality can be tailored and combine to satisfy LEED or CHPS standards.

We hold an open piggyback contract that allows statewide purchase of modular structures pursuant to Public Contract Code 20118.
